So, helpbank.com, the link is in thedescription down below. Over to you, Simon, your story.>> Well, first of all, this is a dream come true for me. I've always dreamt of beingable to help hundreds of thousands of people do what they love. And why doesthat matter to me? It's because when I was 15 years old, I was unfortunatelyhomeless. And I tried to get a job and I couldn't. And I tried to get help fromsocial services. I couldn't get help. So
I was forced frankly to become anentrepreneur and create my own job. And then at that moment I started agardening company at 15 years old. In that moment I started to learn thingsthat school had never taught me. Learn how to sell, how to build, how toactually hire people, how to grow something. Take an idea in my head andmake it real. That time in my life was
one of the hardest but also one of themost exciting stages in my life. And as I managed in my career to build 28companies, invest in over 85 businesses, I've learned so much about what it takesto make a business happen. And my dream was to fix the education system, to givepeople the knowledge for free, give them
a sense of community, help without gatedknowledge, and the money needed to make a dream happen. All the things I didn'thave at 15 years old, I wanted to give to my audience. And today is that day. This is the first time we've been able to pull together all the talent that wehave in the world in my little black book to come and help you for free togive you access, a sense that we're
doing it together. Everything again thatI wished I had when I was younger and the school system does not provide.Today is that day. So, what's going to happen? Everything in my life has beenleading to this moment to provide you with what you need. But let's go throughexactly step by step how it's going to work.
>> Well done.>> I need you, Molly. >> Incredible. >> That was absolutely amazing. You shouldbe very, very proud of yourself because I think I can speak on behalf of all ofus watching at home and here that we all are very proud of you.Um, how does the world's biggest business competition work? Then we'regoing to go through five tracks. Um, and five tracks people that people canchoose from. So tell us what they are.
>> Well, for me the most important thing isthat we give you actual practical skills, real examples, and real lifelessons from real people that have actually done it. And there are fiveareas I think if you understand them, you'll be able to build any business andmake it successful. They are e-commerce, creator, coaching and communities, services, and app builder. If you learn to do thesefive things well and understand how they
work, not only will you be able to makemoney, you'll be able to build a business you love. Take an idea in yourhead and make it real. And we have got some of the best people in the worldthat are going to teach you this stuff. Some of the leading business talent thatknow exactly how to do it because they've actually done it. and they'regoing to give that knowledge that they spent decades getting to you for free.>> Simon, we've got some incredible speakers. Can you give us a rundown andwhat we'll be learning from them?
>> Every single one of these people, thecriteria for me is they actually know step by step how to make a business workand they've done it. Like I said, if you haven't done it, then how can you teachsomeone else to do it? These are people that I've got to know over the lastcouple of decades that have shown me that they have the ability to make abusiness work. And now they've decided to support this and fix the educationsystem right here, right now by giving
you everything that they know. Notgated, not be hidden behind a payw wall in your hand. I won't go through all thenames. You can see them on screen. These people know what they're doing andthey're here to help you for free. >> Now, Simon's going to take you throughfive stages of building a business. And we start with stage one, validate. Sothat's finding out if people really want your idea before they even spend apenny. So are you ready for everyone
watching at home? Because I'm so readyand I know you are. Simon, tell us how do you validate if your idea is a goodone? >> All five of these stages just to say areinterlin. And you do need all five of them to be able to master building abusiness. And everything in business is totally teachable. It's not for thespecial few. One of those key things is validate your idea. And you validateyour idea by simply initially asking one
person would they buy it. Asking oneperson in the chat here right now on this live are they willing to buy it.One person says yes. It's a form of validation. Now it could be your momthat says yes. It could be your sister that says yes. That's not enough. Youneed to get someone that potentially will not only say yes to buying it, butwill actually give you money for the product or service or item that you'retrying to push. Now, validation also has
to come in the form of market segmentsize. You have to know exactly where to go to get validation for your particularidea. If, for example, you're Elon Musk and you're asking people on the streetwhether or not a spaceship will work as a business, most people won't know. You've got to go to those that do NASA and ask them. They'll say yes, it'spossible or yes or no, it's not. You've got to understand with validation, it'snot about asking your brother or your
sister or your mom and dad whether ornot they like the idea. You've got to almost get a total stranger who maybedislikes you a little bit to say they would do it. And validation for me isone of the most exciting parts of a business. You could describe it assales, which I know people hate, but sales is the key to making every singlebusiness work. And we're going to teach you all this for free.
>> >> Well, well done. I mean, you're learningfrom the best of the best. Can it get any better than Simon? I I'll answerthat. I think not. >> I think we're actually paying you to saythat. So, thank you so much.
>> Um, I've got to stop you there, though, because I know what you're asking at home right now. How does the $1 millionactually work? >> We're putting $1 million behind yourdream. We're taking real cash, not this is fake money, by the way, just for fun,but real money and helping you get your dream funded. So many people when I askthem what their dream is tell me that they can't do it because they don't havethe money. And we're going to change that. I don't want that to be an excusefor you anymore. And there's not going
to be just one winner. That would beboring. We thought we'd do something different. We're going to give 180people $5,000. Just imagine that. You could be one of them. 180 people willget $5,000 with no catch. We're not taking any equity off anybody. We justwant to help you frankly remove excuses because actually money is often thereason you say you can't do it and we want to remove it. But the truth is itwon't be money. Once you have the
knowledge, you won't need the money. ButI know the money is going to help you initially realize if you go through thisprocess, at least you'll be able to pay your rent for a while, have some food, and be able to actually make your life happen. One person will get $100,000.And I'm going to tell you all about that in a minute. But the most importantthing is this money is symbolism. If you can follow through, give yourself theexcuse to learn by knowing at the end of it, you could have your dream funded. That's why we're doing the money to help
you believe.>> So is it like entering the lottery then? >> It's definitely not a lottery. You haveto apply yourself. It's not luck, it's skill. And that's the key. If you wantto be lucky, ironically, you have to believe you're lucky. And part of thatis getting the skills to increase your luck.>> I love that. So the next stage is two, which is build. This is where you turnyour idea into something that people can
buy. So no code, no team, and no moneyneeded. So first, you've got 1 hour though to go to helpbank.com and joinyour track. The link is in the description down below. Go on then. We'll come straight back. Simon, take it away. On to build.>> I wish someone had taught me this at 15 years old. Without knowing the buildprocess, you often can't make it real.
It's such an obvious thing. You've gotto actually make the thing to get the thing sold. A lot of people out theremay have followers. A lot of people out there may even have money, but if youhaven't built something that people can actually buy, then you haven't got abusiness. So, how do you build?
Honestly, sometimes it's about doingsomething crap until you've got something good. If you look at history, and I've studied every single big successful business and how they failed.Look at something like BlackBerry. They originally had a calculator with anotherphone screen on top to demonstrate build what the Blackberry was going to belike, which some of you might not even know today, but it was the bestsellingphone before the iPhone. The point I'm
