Support and bug reports
Send the YouTube link, what you expected and what happened instead. For the API or MCP server, add the endpoint and the error message you received. Please never send your API key: we do not need it, and any key shared by email should be revoked in the dashboard.
Billing and subscriptions
You can cancel or update your payment method yourself from the dashboard. For a refund request or a charge you do not recognize, write to support@tubetranscript.io from the address on your account and include the date and amount. Our refund and cancellation policy has the details.
Privacy requests
To access, correct or erase the data we hold about you, email legal@tubetranscript.io from the address on your account. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.
Removing a transcript
If you made a video and want its public transcript taken down, or you believe a page infringes your copyright, follow the steps on the copyright and removal page. Please include the address of the transcript page on tubetranscript.io.
Security reports
If you find a vulnerability, email support@tubetranscript.io with a description and the steps to reproduce it. Please do not access other people's data or disrupt the service while testing, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you share it publicly. We appreciate the effort.
