You've heard [ __ ] protein, protein, protein, protein, but why does it actually help you lose weight? Protein fills you up and then a lot of time you're not able to overeat on the bad stuff. Your body does not want to take protein and use it as fat. It will take carbohydrates and turn it into fat and it will take fat and store it as fat.
But protein, it really doesn't like to. So when you eat that with every meal, it fills you up, doesn't turn to fat, and then it causes you to eat less of the stuff that will turn you to fat. This is just one of the habits that not only helped me lose 100 pounds, but keep it off forever. If you want to know what the other 20 habits are, just comment habit and I'll send you the whole YouTube video.
