All right, so you're already making money with AR organic. Now you want to get to 100k months and keep hitting these big numbers instead of falling back down like most people, okay? So this video, guys, I'm going to leak everything. We're going to go from selecting the right product that is going to allow you hitting these crazy numbers. Then after that, we're going to do the proper research to be able to market the product perfectly. We're going to even do a video live based on that research and show you guys my exact scaling process with hiring the right people. So by the end of this video, you'll have everything to be able to hit consistent six-figure month with AR

organic drop shipping. But most of you guys are stuck in this exact loop where you test a few products until you find your winner and then you scale that product and everything is great. And then you start losing momentum. Your videos do not go viral again. And then you blame on the product and you start all over again. That's the loop you guys are stuck at, okay? It's never being able to do consistent big months with AR organic and always, you know, going up and going down and going up and going down. So in this video, we're absolutely not going to do that. What we're going to do is we're going to actually validate our product first to make sure

that we have a competitive edge and to make sure that it's a product that actually allow ourselves to be able to do six-figure. We're going to test that product. If it do well, we're going to actually scale the product. And here, instead of waiting that the concept just die out, we're going to be two steps ahead and actually find other concept that's going to keep us scaling. Then we're going to actually hire someone on the Upwork, which you guys going to see in this video, which is a method that nobody talk about, by the way. And then we're going to be able to expand with new products while this brand is still building and while we don't have really to manage it. Then by doing that, you're

going to come to a point where you're just managing a bunch of people while you print six-figure a month because that's actually the goal. The goal is not for you to stay stuck at making the video yourself. The goal is that you build these brands and then after you teach someone else how to do it and then you delegate that account and then after you can build more account, more account, more account. Okay, so first thing, should you replace your current product? So really simple here. If you're converting plus going viral, you just want to keep doing it and improve it. If you're not converting plus going viral, you want to ask yourself, do I

have enough traffic to judge the conversion? If you have, then you want to find the bottleneck. Why are you not converting? It might be because of your marketing angle, it might be because of bad might be because of the website. Then, once you found all the bottleneck, you just want to fix all of them, and then you want to retest. Now, if you don't have enough traffic to judge conversion, you want to ask yourself, "If I tested all the different concept and such well executed?" If no, you simply want to test every single concept

for the product, right? If you improve and retest, and it's still not going viral, then you want to simply move to the next product. Okay, so now product, if you're relying on an AI burner like this, you're basically cooked because you're basically seeing the same product that everybody else sees, right? And then most of the time, these product are not product that are actually going to scale to six figures. So, instead of having a burner like this, what we're going to do is we're going to simply prime a burner with branded product like

this one, and then after that, we're going to be able to see different products. So, this is really the way. So, I want you guys right now to go on your burner, and then after that, I want you guys to interact with every single one of these accounts. And then this is exactly how you're going to be able real problem-solving product that actually scale. So, with this method, I found this product, which is such a banger product, as you can see, like it's going insanely viral. 50 million views, 40 million views, and these guys have been running the product for so long, and

just keep going viral. And then the cool thing about these product is that these are the product that you know are going to convert cuz these are the product that are performing well in paid ads. And as you can see, 25k sold. So, we already know it convert, we just want to see if we're able to go viral easily with these product. So, I have a verification process that I do for every single of my product. Step one is really finding all the competitors. That's going to allow yourself to be able to see what other people are doing and how they're going viral and how we're going

to position ourselves differently to be able to go viral easily. Okay, so I did all the competitor research and I found this account that got 600k followers, but uh she's like a UGC selling multiple products, and as you can see here, pretty viral recently. We got this one as well that is basically the same thing. Another girl selling multiple products. This one, and then this one, which is selling multiple products as well. So, as far as the competitors, guys, you just got to know if you have an edge, right? So, you really want to

make sure that you're able to do a different concept that nobody is doing or either make way better videos, okay? So, don't start a product if there's so many people doing it and people are going viral and there is no edge, okay? A lot of people say, "Well, you can take the product and do another variation of it or bring it in another niche." Which is definitely a good thing, but um the best way really is to open a product that nobody is really running, that is really performing in paid ads,

problem-solving product. This is really the product that's going to allow yourself to these big number. After you do the competitor research, it's really important that you do niche research. So, the way you do niche research is really easy. In our case, it's a sleeping product, right? So, we're going to just type um sleeping product here, then we're going to look at all these different products. Okay, so here we got this video that got 226k likes.

Which is a really good concept that we can do for our products. You just want to look at all these products and kind of see what's going viral within your niche. You got this one as well, which 150k likes. And now you guys see this product everywhere, but the guy that actually bring into the market was doing this exact same method, which is the real burner with real branded product.

Then he found the product and then he bring it into AI, which he was the first one on it and then he printed the most. And then you saw all these other guys starting the product, which you don't want to be. You do not want to be that bad guy that's just like copying product and just like copying this and everything. No, because everybody can do this. You have no edge. You got to find your edge and this is exactly your edge.

So, while you do the research organically, you really want to make sure that your AI is actually doing the research on paid ads, okay? So, you can simply attach your product and we're going to say something like this. So, I want you to find me all the competitors that are selling this exact product in paid ads. So, you can do your research on Facebook ads, TikTok ads, it doesn't matter. Pull all the websites needed. I also want you to do deep research on Reddit to really try to understand the

ICP and I want you also as well to give me what's the five top ICP for this exact product. I want to know what's their exact pain point and the exact way I need to market the product to be able to sell to that audience the best. So by the end of this research I should understand perfectly how to market my product with all the best marketing angle. I should understand exactly who's my ICP, not only the demographic but

exactly how to do relatable visual and select the right background, select the right avatar and everything that I need to know to be able to do viral visual and really relate to that audience. Okay, so I want you to give me multiple ICP, not just one. I want multiple ways to market the product and to go viral organically, right? So pull every single lane that is necessary for me to check.

Also want you to do research on similar product in the niche so then I can look as well what's performing well for the overall niche. So then we're going to simply send it. So I recommend you guys to use Cold Axe. This is really the best one that is actually able to control your Mac. You can always use Cloud Code as well which is really good. The two are really good. I prefer Cold Axe with GPT-6 Astra and the effort it depends on the actual work you're doing. You can set the effort to medium. I like to do

it ultra so it's faster but definitely going to use your usage way more. So this is how you're efficient, okay? You let your AI do the research on paid ads and everything while you're doing the research organically. Okay, so after 17 minutes it just finished the research and it's it's it's crazy. Like as you guys can see it's like so in depth. So here gave us a bunch of competitor in paid ads. So actually it was this ad that was pretty good here.

So for this video the music is actually really really strong. So we're going to definitely use this music. So gave us similar product here. We got this one which is a really good product as well. This one, this one here and this one. It's actually a really really good way of like, you know, what you guys find a problem, you just got to find a problem and then after that you want to find the best product that is displaying that problem in the most viral way possible.

Even sometimes, you know, by doing that, you're going to actually find better products here. You guys got to leverage the fact that you can use AI and that AI is just so good right now to find the product. You definitely got to have a feedback loop where, you know, it give you product and then you give feedback and then it's going to give you better product. We got as well all the ads with all the different marketing angles, so I pulled a few on here. So, warning back pain. So, now we know that this is going to resolve back pain and this really solid marketing angle. So, then we can display that in the video. So, here in

that to really help us understand what the product does. >> and see if this helps. Y'all, not only has it helped my sleep, but what it does, I don't know what this material is, but this is actually cool to the touch. So, for you hot sleepers >> So, another marketing angle here, uh, you know, people that have night sweat.

It's really good marketing angle as well. Got this ad here. >> When my husband surprised me with this full-size hug, I didn't expect it to make such a difference. It's so supportive, especially for my back and hips. After a long day, it's exactly what I need to feel comfortable and relaxed.

>> So, gifting angle as well, but you guys get the gist. I see so many people selling a product and not understanding how to market the product and doing a marketing angle which not going to convert because the same product with a different marketing angle can convert 1K per mil or leave 10K per mil. That's the difference. We got as well here the five priority ICP and it gives us everything like, you know, exactly how we're going to do it, the avatar, the room, the background. So, now for finding the background, I simply took a screenshot

of a vid I saw and then you can upload inside Pinterest and then after that it's going to give you similar picture. So, in our case, bedroom. So, just find a background. So, really, really good background and as you guys can see the quality is really good. So, it's really important when you select your background to have always high quality because if it's like a little bit blurry, then the quality of your vid is going to be actually bad. And the background selection is one of the most important part as it's the whole visual, right? So, we already We the avatar here

which match exactly the ICP for the angle we're going to do. So, instead of doing that angle, I thought that it would be actually better to go ahead and do this for the first reel as it's going to go way more viral. So, this exact concept of like, you know, you see it's a it's turning night and everything and then you see the timestamp. The angle is actually pretty good, but if you guys have like a, you know, you select an image, but it's not actually the proper angle you guys want to have, instead of

like describing what's the angle you want, you just have to provide another image with the right angle that you want and then you can say, "Okay, well, I just want to switch to the angle of like the image two." Right? So, just a quick tip for you guys. So, now here we're going to reference this as well, which uh basically is going to be displayed while the timestamp. So, what I thought here instead of like, you know, saying that it's getting nighttime, it's going to go with the sunrise cuz as you can see here in the actual video, we see that he's like going to go sleep and

then after that she start working and then we see the sunrise, then she's taking like a cup of her coffee and then it make perfect sense. So, that's exactly what we're going to do. So, now simply what we can say and it's really important by the way if you guys haven't, you know, connected your Excel to your uh Code X or Cloud Code to do so. And then it basically have already all the context about the product. So, we're going to simply say, "So, actually I do not want you to do this concept.

What we're going to do is the first Instagram link um video. So, I do not want actually getting into night. I want that it's already nighttime and then it's going to go to the sunrise. So, that's the video reference that I want you to base on and we're not like make sure you don't put the actual text, like any text on the video because the time is going to be different and that actual text is going to be different as well.

So, really important that as far as the background and the avatar, you take the one that I referenced inside Pinterest here. So, that's going to be like the exact background that we're going to use and the exact same avatar as well. So, it's really important that the video start at night. So, obviously the building, everything is going to be nighttime and then after that as far as the actual movement, it's going to be the same one as the second video attached. So, as far as the angle, I

really like the angle of our Pinterest image. So, we're going to keep the same angle. It's really important that the video is 9:16 and that the video is the highest quality ever. So, make sure to do the clip one by one if it's needed if the quality is going to actually be better. So, you can use Seed N 2.5 to do the video and yeah, everything is attached. Really make sure that, you know, we start at night. It's really important. Like I said, it's really important we're going to start at night
