We have used different softwares since around 1980 also and as and when possible we went for better and better software. So when we came across Live Health we knew that it is cloud best. All the data is kept recorded on cloud and it can be retrieved anytime without any leakage and there is a confidentiality agreement so it's very good and modern software.
So we chose to use Live Health as our software. The data security was the first criteria of evaluation and it gives us the confidence to place entire laboratory with Live Health server.
The efficient team of Live Health support engineers was so good that it was really the transition made easy for us. The earlier leakages or loopholes were there in the operations.
Almost 20 to 22% of the leakages have been taken care by the Live Health. Almost reduced to 5% as of now. So what gives you the quantification of such kind of leakages is the MIS report which is readily available in the software which calculates statistics, analytics of your
laboratory and gives you confidence that leakages or loopholes haven't taken care of why the systems. After implementation of Live Health software we could see significant growth in our revenue.
We could manage to market our strategies, our preventive care profiles through SMS. 20 to 30% of overall reduction can be seen in the TAT. Majorly pre-analytical TAT because of reducing efforts in required for registration of samples from source and the post-analytical TAT because that gives you ease in delivering report through
various platforms like auto generated push notifications, email. The major challenge was home visit. There was the resource which was rendering services and handling cash. Now this cash handling was totally avoided by implementing this software because the moment you register patient in the software it triggers push auto notification to the patient and it invites patient to make payments online.
So it helped us to go completely cashless for all our monetary transactions. It provides the easy information for admin when it opens the dashboard. It gives the real-time picture of our entire laboratory network.
Live Health has got provision for dividing your laboratory in departments and sections wherein individualized statistics can be seen on the dashboard so that you can easily monitor or quantify the efforts or the performance of that particular section or department through software.
