- The speaker decided to switch software vendors because their previous cloud-based system had internal team issues, slow response times, and an unreliable platform that caused revenue number discrepancies during audits.
- As chief pathologist, the speaker uses the system to monitor laboratory progress, workload movement, report releases, and revenue across laboratories in India in real-time.
- Life Health supported the company through the implementation and transition period, helped quickly rollout expansions, and enabled API integration with corporate clients that created a fresh revenue stream.

I already have a six years old company. We have been in commercial operation for the last four years. One of the fastest growing fan chains in the team in January. The idea behind setting our genetic laws is that we were looking at a very aggressive expansion.
We chose a cloud-based system. We worked fine for a few years but unfortunately there were internal team issues in the software. The response time that we were getting in terms of improving the product was not there. There were changes that have been discussed with them.
It went on for six months, seven months, eight months and we weren't seeing results of it. The second challenge that we were facing was that software platform itself wasn't strong enough. So what that meant was that our revenue numbers were changing over a period of time.
That created a big issue for us during our audit time. And then that's when we decided that we wanted to make a switch to a vendor which is more proactive in solving our problems. Being a chief pathologist, I take care of all the laboratories across India.
So it's very important for me to be connected with all the laboratories to monitor their progress, how the workload is moving, how the reports are being released and how is that being maintained, what is the revenue. So these things are very critical for me and it gives the real-time information to me.
The other things which I liked about libraries is that kind of support we got during the implementation, during the transition period. They were always available, they were supportive throughout day and night. Our labs being hospital-based laboratories, it's very important for us to get that kind of support.
I keep monitoring the laboratories' progress throughout the day. And if I find a particular laboratory having a lot of pending reports, so then I check with my team in which particular department we are stuck in, if required to move my staff from that particular department to that particular department.
And so that the report gets released on time. So future endeavors we are looking at, one is we are looking at job-fitting expansion, I mentioned, more and more collection centre and more and more labs coming live as we go forward.
And Life Health is supporting us in making sure that the rollout of that happens very quickly. We don't spend time in machine interfaces, we don't spend time when we go to combat creation, we don't spend time in red card creation, all of that happens very quickly.
The second thing is we are looking at fresh streams of revenue. I mentioned earlier that corporate clients were very closely and Life Health helped us into the API integration with those corporate clients. And that has created a big revenue stream for us. And now we are looking at how to work, how to be able to use our own data in billing known customers. And because our data accessibility is very good with Life Health we are able to explore that option.
