When I started my lab, the number of walls was really manageable for me also as a newcomer.
In-house kind of a software is what we purchased. So we were able to register our patients on that and give you no reports but nothing else was available. And so whenever any problem would shoot up, these people had to come down to my lab to solve it.
Or they had to reboot the whole software. They would take at least a day to get the things to normalcy. Then we started looking for different options which were available. My initial, of course, apprehension was cloud-based.
