Lalchit Kani Labs is a 33 year old organization which was started by my father in 1986. And we used to be more of a B2B player till many, many years, as in till most part of the organization's life. And we used to service hospitals, hospital lab management.
That was one of our core areas of working at B2B. Five years ago, we thought of changing that. We thought of entering into the retail market and having our own branding in the market. I'll be very honest why I switched to Sliven right in the first go. It was love at first sight when I saw your user interface.
I just felt like working on it more. I just felt like handling it more. And that was it. Restworld, you know, reason building. Backworld reason building from my end. And the other part that I like about the software is that it is so easy to use that I can actually, you know, we can create our own report formats.
We can create new lists and everything, which is not so easy with other software ads. So it is all about that user experience that I had with Sliven, which made me switch on it in the very first place and then stick to it also. Of course, it has increased our efficiencies in terms of the financial management that it gives us.
The processing capability, as in the processing ease that we have for the technicians as well of, you know, checking out their workplace that is present over there, giving me different stages and the whole management within the lab itself.
It's very easy to track, you know, where the TAT is stuck or, you know, where the reports are stuck so that, you know, we all get a bird's eye view of the whole system every time. That is what the beauty is. And also, we also get a regular customer feedback from the Live Health app itself, which is also very encouraging.
In fact, one of our NAV audit sites specifically displayed that to them that when they have this question, how do you record customer feedback? Where is the register? I said that we don't need any register. We record it live. And I just clicked on that button and they saw all the customer feedback.
With this simple point, you know, disrupts our customer's experience with ourselves that they're not getting reports on time. With Live Health, we get both the options of, you know, giving their own portal so that they can have their own access of the reports. Plus, the emails, till now, you know, I have used the software for more than three years.
We haven't received this complaint that, you know, they did not get the emails and the reports were submitted from our end. Dr. Lalchidnani Labs has been rocking since the last three years and I think Live Health is one of the reasons that Dr. Lalchidnani Labs has been rocking all this money.
Live Health, very well, friends in the app plan to scale up immediately because for scaling up, I don't have to think about, you know, okay, I have to onboard this and I have to integrate new machines and everything. That happens very quickly. Integrational machines happen very quickly. The most centers happen very quickly. So all thanks to Live Health and all thanks to the entire team of Dr. Lalchidnani Labs just there.
