in this video we're going to be taking a look at 200 Ultra hard PMP practice questions and from the length of this video you can see this video is going to be a long one so in this video I'm going to be answering some of the hardest PMP practice questions out there if you can get at least a 70% on this exam I think you're going to pass your your PMP exam pretty easily I'm Andrew ramal I am the author of the world's bestselling PMP

study guide PMP exam prep simplified and I'm also the creator of Udi's bestselling PMP course with over 370,000 enrollments combined with my books my videos and my live courses I've helped over 500,000 students pass the current PMP exam so with that in mind let's go ahead and get started on this but before I get there I want to just point out a couple things number one this took an enormous amount of time and this is a

compilation video of all the videos that came before if you notice I released them in series of 10 so what I did is I just combine all of them now into this giant compilation video another thing is that it took a lot of time a lot of time a lot of effort to write these questions and to make this video so if you guys don't mind clicking on the like button subscribing to the channel would help us out a lot if you appreciate the work and effort that goes into this if you want more questions like you're about to see

and more explanations to these questions check out the link below to the Tia exam simulator which now has about 1,000 practice questions that you can try including multiple full length uh Mach exam micro exams uh mini exams and so on you can check that out with video explanations all done by me and with that in mind guys let's just dra dive right into it and start off with question one keep in mind this is a compilation video so let's keep going

let's get to question one all the way to 200 all right here we go question number one now again these questions are meant to be difficult all right a project manager is planning the construction of a new Public Library the community and project stakeholders are having difficulty agreeing on the key features to be included in the final design what should the project manager do facilitate a workshop Workshop to gather input from all stakeholders Define the difference

between essential and non-essential features involve design consultant to mediate stakeholder discussions identify the root cause of the stakeholder inability to agree on the project scope now you really have to not a mindset on this question because you you can see in the question that we have it says the community and stakeholders there's some kind of difficulty going on here uh to help

identify the features now if there is a problem on a project one of your most important thing to do is to ensure you understand the problem the first thing we're going to do before we solve a problem is to identify how did this problem come about what's going on here can can there be potential or multiple Sol Solutions how did we get to this problem these are questions you should be asking yourself now there's something

very unique about D if you learn the mindset you understand that D understands the problem because look he's looking for the root cause of the problem the problem is their inability to agree on the scope something about a b and c is telling you something you see it's they all have something in common this is an action you're actually going to hold a workshop you're going to Define the differences first of all you should never be the one choosing what's

right for the project and what's wrong for the project in this one you're choosing between what's the essential and non-essential that's generally your product owner your project sponsor your customers does that not you involveed Design Consultants now you're bringing in other people without even understanding the actual root cause the main cause of the problem so remember now when it comes to this exam the mindset says don't take an action unless you saw

the problem unless you understand the problem all right no actions without understanding the problem assess the situation okay very good s a number one done all right we got 199 more to go question two a project manager convenes an emergency session with the software development team to address significant bugs that are delaying the Project's delivery the product owner suggest conducting a root cause analysis

to identify the underlying issues what what should the project manager do collaborate with the team to discuss the RCA suggestions and decide collectively on the next step okay getting the team involved encourage a a lead developer to take charge of the RCA fostering Team anony all right letting the team work by themselves coordinate with the quality assurance lead to refine testing processes and B based on the RCA outcome all right bringing more people in

organize the session to ensure all team members contribute their insights potential Solutions okay okay not not a bad answer you're letting everybody contribute okay so let's take a look at this question now this is the an agile project how do I know this because I can see it says product owner this immediately tells me that this is an agile uh project and the product owner suggesting something that the team should be

following in a situation like this if there's some kind of solution or somebody wants the team to do something you have to let the team decide if they want to do it or not remember something on an agile project the team is self-leading they're self-directing you don't you're not a a dictator to the team as you would on a traditional project so the best answer here is let the team

decide work with the team to discuss the RCA suggestion and let them decide if they want to implement it or not the rest of them is pretty much implementation notice first of all be never do be this is giving away your work if it ever comes like to a point on this exam where it says well let somebody else deal with it while you just watch it's never the answer never give away your work coordinate with a

quality now you're bringing in more people and it seems like you're basically going to implement this RCA outcome don't do that organize is the ultimate contributed insights and potential solutions to what this one is very a little vague we're not sure what it's talking about but it seems like they're coming up with their own Solutions here the best thing the question is addressed in this RCA so the best thing here is bring the RCA to them as a suggestion and say hey

do you want to implement this or not let the team decide is the model of the story here remember on an agile project the team decides how how they want to do the work the team decides what methods they're going to do the work because they're a self-leading self-directing team question three a project manager over seeing the launch of a new e-commerce platform discovers that the finance department has concerns about not being involved in

the cost estimations and their potential impact on the project Returns what should the project manager do first amend the stakeholder engagement plan to better integrate Finance in future plans all right document the exclusion of the finance team as a risk to project success all right maintain the project timeline the plan and financial review before the Final Phase okay organize a meeting with the finance team to

understand the concerns all right similar to somewhat similar to that first question because if you notice uh the finance department they have some kind of concern all right they weren't involved and whoever came up with the budgets and they think it's going to affect what what we're going to get back from the project notice this one particularly says what should you do first again this one has a very similar theme all right and the a lot of these

choices have a very similar team but one is very uniquely different the answer here is of course D you see if you notice a is this before you before you understand their concern before you understand what really happened here you're already amending the engagement plan don't do that never take an action first document the exclusion of the finance team is a risk to the project success it might

be all right it might be an exclusion but before we even document that risk we need to understand that risk maintain never do nothing if you get a choice where it says maintain it um keep doing what you're doing uh then that's not the answer so the moment I say like maintain the timeline well the timeline could be affected by this the best thing we should do first is let's go and meet with the team understand their concerns

that will we have a better way of determine what action we should take next question number four as part of a project to integrate a new security feature into an online shopping platform stakeholders have shown concerns over understanding the integration process during the planning phase what should the project manager do to in hands stakeholders understanding of the integration all right so we are

integrating we're putting something into operations we're getting something out there what should we do well schedule regular demonstration session during each Sprint to show progress integration steps sure arrange for the technical team to provide a detailed explanation before each Sprint begins organize a training session to educate stakeholder technical aspects of the integration provide detailed documentation on the integration process prior to the start of each Sprint phase

well if you understand the world of agile this one is pretty simple because what we should be doing in every single Sprint is we should be doing the Sprint review meetings and that's what this is really asking asking you all right notice stakeholders have concerned because they don't understand this integration process during the planning stage so what should you do well do regular demonstrations with them explain to them what the project is doing this

way you can show the progress of what we have done and how it's working they don't need a detail stakeholders especially like customers don't want detailed documentation they might not be able to understand especially if it's very technical they don't need to be educated on the technical aspects it's more for like your team members arrange with the technical team they don't need a detailed explanation before each Sprint they just need to understand what's going on you remember something

customers really don't care about the technical aspects of things they care about the functionality of things if you're building a website for me I really am not interested in how the back end works I don't need to know what codeing language you use I don't need to know what forms you were using or functions all I need to know is does it work so keep that in mind all right best answer there was a question five a project manager is

preparing for the Sprint planning sessions for a new feature in a Health Care system this meeting aims to determine the amount of work for the upcoming Sprint while two pieces of information are essential for the project manager ensure the meeting is productive and efficient so now you're doing a meeting we know we're working on an ad job project because we got this upcoming Sprint this word alone tells me

um Sprint Sprint plan is going to be an agile project so what are two essential things that we should have for our meetings remember this is the Sprint planning session remember what the Sprint planning session is what's the input to that Sprint planning session what's going to be the output of it best answer here is going to be if you understand it it's going to be first of all team performance metrics and a detail

product backlog how do we get here well first of all understand what a Sprint planning session is the Sprint planning session is where the team decides how much or what work they're going to do how much and what work they're going to do in the next Sprint the output is the Sprint backlog so for them to determine what work they're going to do they're going to need a product backlog generally should have the user stories in it by now the next thing they're going to need is how fast they work

they're going to need that performance metrics or what's known as the team velocity why do they need that because for them to determine how much work they can do from the product backlog they're going to have to know how fast they do work previously how fast they generally work how many points they do per iteration or per Sprint they don't necessarily updated risk assessment product Marketplace goal that's more of like your sales and markeet in current

project phase timeline the thing with agile projects you're not going to really have like pH and timelines laid out like that they're building it based on prioritization of the work in the product backlog all right this one here was choose to question number six a project manager is leading an interet by biotechnology research project characterized by
