Good morning and good afternoon everyone and welcome to this exciting Achieve More launch event. I'm Mike Nielsen, Head of Product Management in our Clinical Diagnostics Division. It's an honour to host this meeting with such a passionate group of professionals.

I want to start expressing gratitude for your dedication and effort to advance pathology and cancer diagnostics. Your work affects millions of patients and does not go unnoticed. At ATLAN we share your ambition to deliver fast, accurate results to patients who are anxiously awaiting their results.

And we understand pathology labs depend not only on our advanced technologies, but also on a quality that ensures reliable, reproducible staining results. For over half a century, the ATLAN Darkery Agents have been known for their high quality and for ensuring accurate staining results for laboratories worldwide.

This legacy combined with ATLAN's advanced analytical capabilities forms the backbone of our leadership in pathology in a development and manufacturing of high quality antibodies, companion diagnostics, software and staining instruments. This powerful synergy ensures that we continue to deliver innovative solutions.

We hear you and you tell us that you're under pressure to keep up with increasing demand and complexity while managing limited resources. This is what we often hear. Increased workload, decreased staffing, so obviously there's no balance there.

More complex cases as well, you know, the cases are getting more complex. There's always new testing that's coming in, so you're always having to validate new protocols. There's trials and new drugs and therapies coming in, so constantly trying to get up to date with all this as well whilst you're short staffed and the workload's increasing, it's quite challenging.

All the patients are waiting for their results. All the doctors who requested the staining through the pathology are waiting for results, so it's a bit of pressure, good pressure. Sometimes it's a lot and the workload is a lot, so one day it can be really a stressful day and they're requesting and requesting and we need to get the results, so that's a bit of a challenge to get the results in time by the end of the day.

Our goal is to deliver advanced staining solutions that support you in keeping up with the growing test volumes and testing complexity, while providing timely results in a cost-efficient manner. Today we gather to celebrate a significant milestone in our journey towards advancing and improving cancer diagnostics.

As leaders in authority, we are committed to continue improvements and staying ahead of trends and challenges. We recently launched an open interoperable end-to-end digital pathology solution and we also launched a new CDX assay, while we keep adding indications for our PDL1 assays.

On top of this, we are always working on developing antibodies for important biomarkers with validated protocols that will ensure consistent and accurate staining results. And today, today we are thrilled to introduce a family of advanced staining instruments that can support pathology labs to achieve more.

Let's go to the lab and meet Olga Sanz, our Senior Global Product Manager for an introduction to the Darko Omnis family of instruments.

Hi Olga, good to see you.

How are you? I'm good, so what's new? Well, you can imagine how much I've been looking forward to be able to explain to you everything about the Darko Omnis family of instruments. Awesome, can't wait to hear more. Some of you may have seen the new members of the family online, but we wanted to introduce them to you personally.

As Michael mentioned, our new family members have been developed with your needs and challenges in mind, based on customer feedback. They are built on the strong capabilities of the Darko Omnis solution that helps labs achieve more. Now, we have further expanded and enhanced our offering.

These instruments help labs to increase advanced staining throughput and deliver more complete cases faster. This can be done with your instruments and less hands-on time invested than with other staining solutions. Later, my colleague Peter Vermeier will share data on the workflow improvements achieved by Darko Omnis.

But first, let me elaborate on the family offering and the value it brings to you. With three new instruments, the Darko Omnis family provides a solution that fits every pathology lab. The family covers IHC, IHC double-stained, immunofluorescence, immunocytochemistry, and each staining techniques.

Let's take a quick look at the difference between the instruments. As you can see from the table, the instruments are called Darko Omnis 110, Darko Omnis 165, and Darko Omnis 165 Duo. The numbers refer to the capacity or throughput per 24 hours.

All the instruments can run IHC, IHC double-stained, immunofluorescence, and immunocytochemistry. In addition, the 165 Duo can run fish and quiche. This is where Duo, meaning both IHC and each, comes from.

This feature-proof concept allows you to select any combination of instruments to suit your lab's expanding requirements. And what can you expect? A solution that matches your capacity needs, consistent, high-quality staining results, flexibility to handle workload fluctuations, ability to run different techniques simultaneously, continuous loading for quicker-case completion of patient cases.

In short, Darko Omnis' family of instruments verifies productivity by enabling labs to keep up with increasing demand and handling workflow fluctuations efficiently without compromising staining quality. Another exciting new feature is the bulk management section.

This is designed to further enhance workflow efficiency in your lab by streamlining processes, reducing hands-on time, and improving overall safety for lab technicians. Let me show you how. First, there is the direct connection to the day-on-night water supply.

This eliminates the need for monitoring as it tells you whether or not you have enough water to run. With no manual filling of water, hands-on time is reduced. The 30-litre DI water and waste tanks can be filled and emptied during operation, preventing workflow interruptions.

Similarly, waste can be emptied automatically during operation. Non-hazardous waste can be emptied directly into the sink or drain, eliminating manual handling. Automatic emptying of hazardous waste minimizes technician exposure and cancer safety.

When we ask customers about the possibilities that the new bulk management system brings, this is what they said. I like the direct connection. You don't have to fill bottles and it's really good. And also the emptying of the tanks, that would be also really great if you have a direct connection to the drain.

I think it's a good feature to have added. If you have access to direct DI-nised water, great. Also, being able to empty the waste whilst the machine is running is good because we've had instances in the past where the non-hazardous waste hasn't been emptied in the morning, which then you won't be able to run as many slides during the day, you have to wait for it to completely finish.

So being able to empty the non-hazardous waste whilst it's running means that problem will be resolved, which is good. Now that you've seen the family of instruments and we have talked about the impact that can be achieved with our solutions, I want to address a few other important elements.

First, we recognize that reliable reproducible staining quality is a prerequisite. High-quality staining is in our DNA and central to everything we do. The present quality of our portfolio remains unchanged. And to those of you who already have DACAOMNIS in your labs, I'm happy to share that the new family of instruments shares the same reagents making the transition from one system to the other seamless.

But let's hear what existing customers have to say about staining quality and DACAOMNIS. The staining quality on the OMNIS is really good. It's clean, it's nice. I'm very pleased overall with the staining quality of OMNIS.

We do get very good staining with the OMNIS. We always get really good marks from our external quality assurance scores. The machines are absolute workhorses. They provide lots of slides all day long and the majority of them are of very good quality which pass all our IHC checks.

They go out to the consultants who were pleased with the staining. We also understand the importance of keeping your lab running smoothly and minimizing downtime. With Agilent by your side, you are never alone. Our dedicated team of experts is just a phone call away ready to provide remote support and on-site assistance.
