I'm going to show you guys the entire AI organic drop shipping business model from A to Z. So in this video, we're going to go over the products, we're going to go over the content research, we're going to go over the fundamental for you guys to actually understand how to go viral in the first place and how to keep going viral again and again.

We're going to make an AI video, how to keep going viral and how to create the best website. For you guys that don't know me, I've been doing organic drop shipping since five years. Okay, so I started at 13 years old. At 16 years old, I made 100k in a month. The next month, I lost it all and I ended up in search debt only 17 years old.

Now, a couple of months ago, I ran up a store at 42k in a week. All AI made, okay? There's no filming for the product. There's none of that anymore. It's all AI. I actually ship the product and like most of these guys you see online, I've also did 1.2 billion views on social media and this is without any ads.

Okay, this is all organic videos. So let's get straight into it. So the first step is finding a winning product. So when it comes down to that guys, there is two things. So the first thing is how easy it is to go viral with the product.

So how easy it is to go viral with the product. You want virality. The second thing is how easy it is to convert these views into money. So now we're gonna actually break that down, right? So virality, wild factor, you want that nobody have seen the product before or that is going to be really easy for you guys to make vial visual with the product.

Okay, so it's either one of these two. Okay, so if nobody have seen the product before, it's going to be one factor right away, right? Because nobody have seen it. They're like, oh my God, they're intrigued with seeing that product and easy to make vial visual with the product. If for example, it's this, right?

It's going to be really hard to make this product go vial, right? So you want to avoid this type of product. You want a product that you're going to have so many content ideas that you can make and that is going to go vial. You want to be able to create vial visual with the product.

Okay, so this is the main thing. When it comes down after that to conversion, you want an emotional trigger, okay? So either in a passionate niche, either resolving a problem or either resolving an insecurity. Okay, so for more beginner people, usually I recommend passionate niche, okay?

Because it's going to be way easier to kind of like make vial visual with this product because resolving a problem or insecurity product all of the time it's a bit harder to make this product go vial. So here's our couple of example of passionate niche. So TV show, I love guys, if like, for example, I sell a product of like your favorite TV show, you're going to be really passionate about that product.

You're going to want to buy. Same thing for the hobbies, tennis, golf, all these kind of OBs are really something that is going to trigger an emotion, right? Or either sport. So it's pretty self-explanatory guys. So these are the three when it comes down to passionate niche. Now the second thing for conversion, you want to know that that product have actual demand that is product market fit.

So there's a couple of ways to verify the demand. The first one is Google Trends. So let's say you're selling a humidifier, right? So you're going to put United State and then you can do like a past five years, right? And then you want to see if it's up, right? If it's down, then that means less and less people are searching for the product, it's not good.

You want to always up trend here. So as you can see this period of their year isn't that good. And then after that, you can also go on AliExpress, type the name of the product and then kind of see how many orders, right? The product have gotten. And like, let's, for example, here, 100K orders.

We know that the product is in demand. So our way is just with class. So you tell it your product and you tell to do research to find if there's a lot of company there selling in a paid ass and if the product actually have the men. So now we're going to go over the two methods to find the winning product. So the first method is going to be the burner method and the second method is going to be AliExpress Calo Dada.

So the burner method is very easy. You go on Instagram, you make a brand new account and then after you interact with products, it is going to show you more and more and more products. And then after that, once you see a product that matches the criteria I just went through, then you click on the account and then after that you go on the website, then you're going to do a test order.

So how you do a test order guys, you're going to simply buy the product and then after that you're going to receive basically an email with the order number of the product and Shopify always start at the thousand orders. So let's say the guy had 1064 orders. So then we know we have 64 orders and then we know exactly how much money you have made.

And then after that, we're going to re-go on Instagram and then we're going to look at all the views you've gotten for the product. So we want to look at Instagram. We want to look at this Facebook. Then we know exactly how much per million views this product convert. Now, if a product convert over 1k, 1.5k per million views, we know that this is a good product to actually convert.

Now guys, really, really important, you gotta always verify, type the name of the product on Instagram and verify that there's less than three active competitor running the product. I see a lot of you guys actually running a good product that convert but there's so many people, so many active competitor that is so hard to go vile in the first place with the product because there's so many people running it.

So I always recommend you guys to have less than four active competitor running the product. So it's always important, type the name of the product on Instagram and then after you want to go through all the accounts that are actively posting for it and you gotta be less than four.

If there's less than four and they probably actually convert then you can go ahead and run that product. So the second method is Aliexpress Calodata. So now you're going to simply scroll on Aliexpress in this page, right? And then once you see a product that matches the previous discussed criteria, then you're going to click on it and then basically after that to confirm that the product have demand, you do the same procedure that I just explained.

So Google Trends, Cloud and everything. And that is going to be the same thing for Calodata. The only thing for Calodata, really important guys to go on product and then after that you want to do last 30 days, you want to go on category. I'm gonna select this criteria, okay? So sport and outdoor, phone and electronics, toys and OB, pre-owned, home supply, home improvement, automotive and motorcycle and that's basically it.

And then you're going to click apply and then after submit and then after that you can go ahead and scroll on Calodata and then the same step, okay? Once you find a product that matches criteria then the whole procedure the same. Same thing guys for this method, you always need to confirm the amount of active computer there are.

So you gotta be less than four. If there's less than four, you can go ahead and run the product as well. So now that we have gotten the product we need to do counter research. So for this example, we're gonna use this product. So you go ahead on the search term and then you type the name of the product. So Edelight eyes, we can put car Edelight eyes.

So the step one is finding all the competitor, okay? So you will simply scroll here and then find all the active competitor that we're actively posting for the product. And then the step two is simply finding all the product in our niche. So we're gonna type in our case car products, right? Cause it's the car niche.

So this is to understand what's going actively vowel in our niche. What's the vowel song? What's the vowel hook? What's the vowel textbook? It's all for these things, okay? And then after that we're gonna see patterns and it's really, really important you guys to do content research.

Content research is the thing that's gonna separate the guys that don't know how to go vowel again and again or just copying people to the guys that can go vowel again and again and again because they do content research and because they actually analyze the game they actually understand why things are going vowel which we're gonna cover by the way in the fundamental more in detail.

But yeah guys, that's the second step. So the third step right now is finding all the accounts in our niche that are not selling product. So now it's actually finding car page, right? So we're gonna look car page that is simply car account, right?

That are not selling product. This is mainly for the song, mainly look at the song and then yeah, that's basically it. And just to understand all the account understand the community, right? Checking the comments. So this is going to help us understand the niche even more. The last one is actually going on your burner and then just scrolling and then seeing the post that are the most vowel at the moment, okay?

And this is going to allow yourself to understand what's something that is going vowel actively right now outside of your niche. You just wanna understand and then after you can bring certain concept in your niche and this is going to allow yourself to have a lot of ideas basically.

Ideas gonna pop in your head and you're gonna be like, okay, this is far. Imma try to do that for my account because a lot of the time when you do introduce a new concept that nobody have done for your niche, right? Nobody have done that concept for your niche. You introduce it in your niche and it goes more vowel because this is more original to your niche, right?

So I know there's a lot. There's a lot when it comes down to content research and this is actually why I did this document. So you have all the combinator you can list all the niche product, defining concept, best performing reel, top three concept. So this is going to allow yourself to not forget things and actually use it because all of you guys are doing content research but not remembering of certain things, right?
